**Domestic Shipping:**
We currently ship Australia wide, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.

**Tracking:**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey from our warehouse to your door.

**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement.

Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you buy from Wicked Earth, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return process.

**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Items must be returned within **30 days** of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as **sale items**, and **gift cards**, are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific details.

**Return Process:**
